How we came to be

One day Papa Muntz and Inga had a romp in a gondola and made UofA Ski and Snowboard Club’s founding member Ski Joe, we've been carrying on his legacy ever since.

The U of A Ski and Snowboard club was founded in 1962 with two simple goals; to help get university students with empty wallets to the mountain, and make sure they had a damn good time once they got there. We continue to strive to meet those goals, offering multiple trips throughout the year to mountains like Red Mountain, Kicking Horse, Revelstoke, Big White, Kimberley and Marmot Basin.  Our trips are open to anyone who is looking for a great group of people to hit the mountain with, no need to be attending the UofA!
